Terms of Service - Lucif AI

1. The service

Lucif AI provides auto-routed access to AI models under a flat subscription. "Unlimited tokens" is subject to a fair-use throughput policy prohibiting resale, abusive scraping or denial-of-service patterns. By creating an account or using the service you accept these Terms. The available model lineup may change as upstream providers add, rename or retire models.

2. Acceptable use

No illegal content generation.
No attempting to probe, attack or resell the gateway.
Keys are personal; you are responsible for their security and for all activity under them.
You are responsible for how you use model outputs and for complying with the usage policies of the upstream model providers whose models you access through the gateway.

3. Billing & refunds

Prices may change for future billing cycles with reasonable notice; the price agreed at checkout is locked for the paid period. Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where we materially fail to provide the service.

4. Availability

We target a 99.9% uptime SLA with multi-channel failover. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Routing depends on third-party model providers, so specific models may become unavailable or slower at times outside our control; we are not liable for upstream outages beyond what section 5 limits.

5. Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that outputs are accurate, fit for a particular purpose or free of infringement claims; you review and use them at your own discretion. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or business, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding billing period. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events of force majeure (including infrastructure failures, natural disasters and government action).

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, that fraudulently abuse payments or referrals, or where required to comply with law, regulators or the requirements of upstream providers. On termination, API keys are revoked immediately; unused subscription time is handled per section 3.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes are announced at least 7 days before taking effect, via the site or by email to your account address. Continued use after the change date means you accept the updated Terms.

8. General

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Lucif AI regarding the service and supersede any prior versions. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
